Tis’ the season for all things pumpkin spice, warm, cozy and inviting. A mug full of a warm beverage can be a daily respite or a way to pump sugar and caffeine into your system. Before you indulge in everyone’s current favorite fast food latte, consider the ingredients---especially the sugar and caffeine content.
✔️ Start Drinking Warm Beverages with Health Benefits

Organic black coffee, warm raw cacao, and medicinal mushroom blends can provide mental energy and warm your hands and belly with their health benefits. These three beverages have low or no caffeine and can be sweetened with stevia.
My favorite winter recipe is:
1 cup coconut milk
1.5 tablespoons raw cacao powder
3 tsp real maple syrup
1.5 tablespoons of medicinal mushroom powder
