✔️ Start Fasting Over Night

Fasting might sound scary, but it is natural and helpful for your digestion and overall cellular health. Start your “fast” after dinner and drink only water until you go to sleep. If you stop eating at 6pm and don’t eat breakfast until 7am, you have just completed a 13-hour fast.
Fasting, even for 13 hours is beneficial for gut microbiome, fat-burning, and digestion, and protects against weight gain and obesity, and high blood pressure.
🛑 Stop Eating/Snacking at Least 2 Hours Before Bed
Your digestive system needs adequate time to process your food before it slows down while you sleep. During sleep, your energy should be used for processing toxins from your liver, and restoring your cells, tissues, and muscles. Stop snacking after dinner.
