✔️ Start Eating High-Fat and High-Protein Breakfasts

Are you confused about breakfast? What to eat, when to eat, or if you should even eat breakfast? One thing is for sure, high carbohydrate breakfasts like cereal, lattes, donuts, toaster waffles, and pancakes are a guaranteed ride on the blood sugar roller coaster for the remainder of the day.

Your blood sugar will spike and so will your mood. Then, your blood sugar and mood will crash which will cause cravings, brain fog, headaches, and even dizziness and cold sweats. 

Eating a breakfast high in fat and protein, and low in carbs, will set you up for sustained mental and physical energy for the entire day. 

A staple at my house is No/low sugar yogurt with hemp, chia, and flax seeds.

🛑 Stop Eating Sugar for Breakfast

Avoid being hangry (hungry + angry) by skipping sugary convenient so-called “breakfast foods”. This means ditch the donuts, lattes, pancakes, toaster waffles, and most granola bars. A high sugar breakfast sets up your metabolism function for a day of a roller coaster of highs and lows in your mood and brain function.

Moving the needle by small increments yields large results over time. ✔️ Start supporting your life with foundational healthy habits and 🛑 stop sabotaging yourself.
