Created to address women’s specific nutritional needs, Balanced Omega combines 500 mg omega-3 fish oil with 76 mg gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose (Oenothera biennis). Evening primrose is a wildflower native to North America, known to contain a high concentration of GLA in its seeds.

We recommend that this formula be taken in conjunction with any Nordic Naturals omega-3 product to reach a therapeutic dose of omega-3 EPA+DHA.

Other Ingredients: purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), evening primrose oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural lemon flavor), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors.

Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist.
