No sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, or artificial preservatives. 

Suggested Use

Shake well before using.

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, or as needed. 
Children (4 years old and up): ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily. 
May increase as needed. Can be mixed in liquids.
