InvigoFlex® AM PM is a Day and Night joint supplement with the right ingredients at the right time for 24-hour joint support. While many other products offer Glucosamine and Chondroitin blended in the same pill, WynnPharm purposely separates these ingredients into two separate caplets. A 2010 study showed that when both ingredients are combined, they fight each other, lowering bioavailability. However, InvigoFlex® AMPM separates the two ingredients into different pills allowing you to take 2 Glucosamine Sulfate pills in the morning and 2 Chondroitin Sulfate pills in the evening, creating 24-hours of maximum joint support for both your knees and hands.
AM two caplets contain:
Glucosamine Sulfate 2KCL - 1500 mg
Indian Frankincense Gum Extract (Boswelia serrata) - 100 mg
Other ingredients: stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc.
PM two caplets contain:
Sodium (from Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium) - 90 mg
Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium - 1200 mg
Turmeric Root Sunflower Complex (Curcuma longa) - 250 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methycellulose, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide (color), FD&C Blue#1.
In the morning take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the AM bottle. Then, on the same day, between 10 and 12 hours after the AM pills, take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the PM bottle.
It may take 1-2 weeks, or possibly longer, to notice any effects. Optimal effects can be seen after 12 weeks of daily administration. Results may vary.
